皇冠8868会员登录校园: Purchased caps and gowns will be available for pick up from 9 a.m. 到5点.m.6月 4-6 in the Student Lounge in Van Tassell.

Any student participating in a 毕业典礼 must attend an information session.

皇冠8868会员登录校园: Attend one of the informational sessions on Wednesday6月 12 at 1 p.m.  而在 6 p.m. in the Student Lounge in Van Tassell to go over the 毕业典礼 logistics. 

Arrival time and 仪式 duration

Graduates must arrive by 6 p.m. with their cap and gown for the 7 p.m. 仪式 !

请注意: Graduates who choose to participate in the commencement 仪式 are expected to stay for the duration of the event. We anticipate the 仪式 to be approximately 2.5 hours long (exact length depends on how many graduates attend). The gates to the field will remain closed during the 仪式.

停车

There are multiple parking options for graduates and their guests:

• Town Toyota Center parking lot 
• 小型停车场 behind at Walla Walla park
• 停车 on the surrounding streets

Reserved/Accommodation 停车

Graduates or guests with mobility limitations may be granted a reserved parking pass that enables them to park in designated parking lot at the Town Toyota Center (no attendee will be permitted into this parking lot without a reserved pass). 

Request a reserved parking pass by June 13: Contact the WVC 皇冠8868会员登录 office, 509-682-6860, or campuslife@basilinfracon.com.

住宿

Note for graduates with mobility needs for the 仪式: Please contact the 皇冠8868会员登录 office 仪式开始前 at campuslife@basilinfracon.com so we can make sure to accommodate you. 

• 美国手语翻译 will be provided at both ceremonies. Please check in with graduation staff on the day of the event to be seated close to the interpreter if needed.
• 可访问的座位 for those using wheelchairs or those who have other mobility limitations will be 为客人提供. Please have your guests ask when arriving to be shown to the accessible seating area.
• 住宿停车 是可用的. Request a reserved parking pass by June 13 by contacting the WVC Campus Life office, 509-682-6860, or campuslife@basilinfracon.com.

翻译

Speeches and announcements at the 毕业典礼 will be translated into Spanish 现场翻译. 毕业 materials, such as the program, will also include 西班牙语翻译.
